I've only used this product a couple times since owning it but, so far it's done what I bought it for. Sure would be nice if they hired someone that was bilingual to do their installation instructions instead of using a generic word translator program. A little extra content in them would be nice too. On installation, if you don't know what to do with the green wires, they are just antenna wires for the rf modulator. They don't have to be connected inline or wired to the hear unit antenna for them to work. But the wires themselves are about 6' long, and the instructions lead you to believe they should be hard wired to the head unit. But they don't.

We recieved our shipment and took everything to Best Buy to get it installed. For the price, you can't beat the whole package. BUT the head phones were not included. Which was a bit frustrating. Amazon offered for us to return the package but we had already paid $150 for installation. They decided to send a replacement set to us. Which is why we are so faithful to Amazon. Easy shopping and dependable. All and all, the kids love it. There are a lot of great features on it. They will play the same video, or play independent of each other. They will resume play when the power gets cut... great buy

I was skeptic buying these as they were pretty cheap for two complete headrest dvd players, but they are actually pretty nice! I like that they have a video in/out that you can connect up to each other to let either dvd system be the master and the other act as the slave. Headphones are nice, maybe a bit flimsy. Game system is pretty poor, as are the controllers but I expected that. The only thing I ran into was the posts do not get close enough toghether to fit our 2002 Odyssey seats so I had to make an adapter system to get them to work. Overall, its going to be a great option for long trips as my kids do not like to always watch the same movie!

Bought these same headrest dvd players from the same seller late last year. They look good and came with all the parts and packaging you would expect. Documentation was pretty weak and this is definitely NOT an installation job for an amateur who doesn't normally fool around with his car's wiring. I ended up hiring a 3rd party installer. Worked fine for a few months but then one of the headrests stopped working suddenly. The screen now only displays white snow and the unit does not respond to either the remote or the manual controls. I reached out to the seller for support but got no response, no reply to messages. We still have one working unit which the kids like but I still pretty much regret getting this vs. a more expensive, branded solution from an established merchant like Crutchfield.

I also installed these in my Jeep Wrangler (2009 Unlimited) and I'm very happy and impressed. The color is not an exact match but very, very close and hey... can't beat the price. What a deal! I did happen to notice they've even dropped the price an additional $20. No excuse not to get these. As others have indicated the internal mechanism is stamped "Sony" even though everything else seems to indicate a generic product. The instructions are a rough translation from... probably Chinese... but they make enough sense to get the job done, and invoke a few laughs.
The only problem I had was some confusion when powering on. There's a red LED that turns on when they're first hooked up to power and it turns off when you power-up the unit. I kept turning it off (which I thought was on), and waiting for something to happen. I referred back to the instructions... as a last resort and figured out the problem (which was just me).
I also suspect there's possibly two different versions of these because some reviewers indicated the buttons were not marked well & possibly hard to figure out. I also saw some pictures posted which appear to be a slightly different model. The units I received were pretty much what you'd expect as far as buttons with the standard arrows for play, seek & square for "stop" etc. Pretty simple.
Install was surprisingly straight-forward and easy. I managed to get both wired to an accessory power lead (switched on w/ ignition) with no problems.
Wireless headphones & remotes all work great. There's also a game & wireless controller included but haven't had a chance to try 'em yet.
Shipping was also quick at 10 days.
