There is NO quality difference.
i have 2 expensive HDMI cables(30 dollars + 50 dollars)
and I got this one!
No difference at all.

And for a fraction of the price. I was skeptical being a learned student of the school of hard knocks but they are working great for me. I'm using them to run 1080P signal between my ps3, 360 and TV- picture and sound quality has no noticeable degradation from these cheap cables.
I'd say save a few bucks and try these out! Or you can go to Best Buy or Circuit City and spend the $50.00 they want for the same thing if that's how you roll. I hear Circuit City is having a "liquidation" sale with incredible savings of up to 10% off! Why, with crazy deals like that you might just be able to get one there for like $45.00!!
